Most people come to me are caught in the same useless loop when job hunting:

Network more.
Get certifications.
Beat the ATS botss.
Do coffee chatzz.

Blah blah blah.

And you try some of it.

(Even I TRIED IT)

But nothing actually changes.

You're still not where you want to be.

So why does this keep happening to all of us?

Because the “industry” convinced CSMs the job market is some kind of character test.

You’re not getting interviews because:

“You’re not hustling hard enough.”
“You didn’t message your old network.”
“You’re not visible enough.”

And that creates a shitty cycle of self-blame.

Suddenly you’re sitting there wondering:

“If I can’t even get a job… can I even do the job?”

"Did I really do CSM work at my last company"

And I get it; I had those same doubts when job hunting.

But after reflection and a lot of client...

The REAL BS part of this job hunt is:

-The 7 rounds of interviewing.

-The outdated advice being told

-The loud voices who haven’t been a CSM since COVID.

You’re not overworked, underpaid, or unemployed because you “didn’t try hard enough.”

The market HAS changed though.

The advice didn’t.
That’s it.

That's why I a am so vocal.

I don't care if you think i'm harsh, aggressive; this is the reality.

And anyone job hunting can verify this. It is BRUTAL out there.
